미세구조를 갖는 이온트로닉 필름 기반의 샌드위치형 정전용량 압력센서

In recent years, many kinds of pressure sensors with prominent characteristics such as sensitivity, response time, stability, and high deformability have been researched and developed. In particular, wearable applications such as artery pulse monitoring and human motion detection require the pressure sensors working in low range of pressure. In this paper, we developed sandwich type capacitive pressure sensor based on a solid polymer electrolyte comprising 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide with poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene). The solid polymer electrolyte showed high capacitance by mobile ions and the microstructures help the solid electrolyte to deform under the varying pressure. This synergetic effect made the pressure sensor to have high sensitivity and low detection limit. The asfabricated pressure sensor indicated 131.5 kPa-1 , low response time of about 43 ms, and a low detection limit of 1.12 Pa.
