온도와 압력의 동시 측정을 위한 고성능 유연 하이브리드 센서

In this research, we newly developed thermoelectric and capacitive hybrid flexible sensor for simultaneous detection of pressure and temperature. Electrical double layer capacitance between two Cu electrodes and hydrogel was obtained when a pressure was applied, and the proposed hybrid sensor could detect the pressure through capacitance change. Furthermore, intermediate PAAm/PEDOT:PSS hydrogel showed a good thermoelectric characteristics by the temperature difference between top and bottom electrode. The sensitivity of pressure was indicated to 0.52 kPa-1 in low range from 0 to 10 kPa and 0.07 kPa-1 in the high range from 10 to 97 kPa, respectively. The hybrid sensor exhibited an excellent sensitivity of temperature, 603 μV/K in varying temperature of 0 to 30 K. It was observed that the ammonium persulfate ions in the hydrogel contributed to the enhancement of Seebeck coefficient.
